Jenny Farms
Turn-key irrigated pasture ranch
From 3,147 acres of winter rangeland in western Colusa County to irrigated pasture with working corrals in Solano County, ranches are the other half of what we do.
Ranch value turns on forage, water and what is recorded against the title. The Highway 20 ranch near Williams was fenced and cross fenced with working corrals, ponds and seasonal streams, under a Williamson Act contract, and encumbered by a conservation easement that allowed a single 10-acre building area. The 517-acre Chamberlain Road property north of Lincoln mixed 355 acres of dryland pasture, 116 acres of irrigated pasture from Coon Creek, and a riparian corridor under a conservation easement.
Our current ranch listing is Jenny Farms near Dixon: 434 assessed acres of irrigated pasture with corrals, processing and loadout at a central headquarters. Its stated carrying capacity is an estimate, and we say so on the listing.
