Our people
Brokers who are also certified general appraisers.
All three of our brokers are certified general appraisers. John Brennan began as a farm appraiser and is a partner in Robbins Rice Company, a Sacramento Valley rice grower and marketer. Clint Jewett started in agricultural lending. Markus Hackett grew up in a family of appraisers and cattle ranchers.
That is why our listings give the water source, district, soils, easements and Williamson Act status where they apply, along with any qualification the seller's information carries.
