We represent buyers and sellers of farms, ranches and other property in Northern California.
Our offices are in Woodland and Colusa. Our work includes finance, appraisal and the management of agricultural assets, so we look at a property the way a buyer's lender, appraiser and operator would.
All three of our brokers are certified general appraisers. For agricultural property, we keep a land database built from years of farmland appraisal. It is the first place we look when a client asks what a property is worth or what something similar sold for.
For sellers
We review the property, price from comparable sales, and gather the information buyers ask for. On farmland, that is the water, soils, easements and improvements, plus the lease terms where there are tenants. How a sale works with us.
For buyers
We help you look beyond the listing. On farmland, that means where the water comes from, what is recorded against the title, what the soils will grow and what the next owner will inherit. Browse current listings or tell us what you want and we will call when something fits.
